(85 Ratings)The Staff is extremely friendly and very attentive to resident needs. The facility is well kept, clean and well landscape. Snow removal and sidewalk maintenance is done in a quick and efficient and timely manner each year. The doggy bags are a great plus for when walking my dog.

I find Stonington Farms to be a very clean community. The staff here always have letters sent out to the residents letting us know what gatherings they're planning. They have the gatherings at local restaurants and Pubs. It took me awhile to go to the gym but once I did it was well worth it, getting fit for the spring. I love the pool. The staff will make you feel very welcome and attend to your needs. Me and my husband and our sweet dog loves it here.

I have lived at Stonington Farms for nine years and have found it safe, homey, great maintenance,
special requests met , great grounds and a feeling of

I just to say that Mark did a amazing job helping with all my issues in the apartment. I will be renewing for another year. I was very impressed on how he handle everything. I highly recommend Stonington Farm apartments.

Renters beware. While there were some great things about living as stonington farms, the new management company, Chelsea Management has been a nightmare to work with upon move out. They have been consistently rude, bordering on outright disrespect. There is absolutely no interest in solving my outstanding issues following move out. I would classify their behavior as bordering on felonious.
