    New kitchens but the bathrooms are outdated. Surrounding outside area is very nice and serene.

    I never can understand the bad reviews. I have lived here for 8 years and have absolutely no complaints. The complex is conveniently located to everything. It is an attractive, quiet location and the grounds are clean and very well kept. I would like to mention the excellent service by the Maintenance Department, specifically Tom, Rollo and Carlos. They are friendly, courteous, and prompt. I love it here and would recommend it to anyone.

    Beware!! Unless you are desperate please look elsewhere!! I paid my rent on time EVERY month. Make sure you get the apartment that you viewed. If you choose a 1st floor apartment, you will end up with a musty smelling, spider infested etc. apartment. The staff appears to be helpful until there is a major issue. Out of ALL the complexes that I lived in this one is by far the WORST! Becareful please!@

    Does anyone wonder why there are soooo many apartments ALWAYS for rent ??? Most of the staff are rude. The outside of the apartments are dirty, cracks in the apartment walkways, spider webs, moss growing on patios and so on. The inside of the apartments are drafty, old, outside bugs find their way in. You have to pay to use the pool. The heating bill is sky high. Now all of a suddent the property managers send you the water and sewer bill not the water company....very suspicious to me. For the money you pay in rent, its definitely NOT worth it!!

    Grounds poorly kept, materials from construction left lying around, posing possible hazards,would not move here.
