The apartment that I live in has been nothing but problems since I moved in. from leaking pipes to cabinets falling off to having septic water erupt out of my sink.. need I go on? WAY over priced for the little amount provided in this run down shack of an apartment. Trying to get anything fixed is like pulling teeth. Public washers are always broken, mail and packages left all over the place. All in all it is just a very unorganized place to live. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
Office people have been a problem since Ive lived here. Nothing but problems. They always have an attitude and are not very accommodating. Cant get the regular or 24 hour maintenance people to come out. Our fridge broke and for two days we tried to get a hold of someone to fix it after we were told two separate times that someone would come to fix it. No one did. The apartment needs to be updated which I knew before moving in. However, I did not know this would mean that the place would be in poor condition and falling apart. Leaky kitchen sink upon moving in, in addition to door lock breaking and needing to be replaced, mailbox door broke and needed to be replaced, cabinets falling off the hinges, the phone that lets people in the main door broke twice and still needs to be fixed, faulty wiring in one of the over head lights, you name it- all within a few months of moving in. The pool is over chlorinated and gave my boyfriend chlorine poisoning. The power in our unit goes out all the time even when there is no storms. Its truly a mess. I really dont recommend living here as there have been many many problems for me for over a year that Ive been here. Location is nice but thats about it. Ive lived in crappier, cheaper apartments that were in better condition and taken care of better.
Norwood House Apartments is great but it regularly loses power which ruins food in the refrigerator; which can make residents truly upset.
Norwood House Apartments also the toilet bowl can overflow into the walk-in closet which will ruin everything on the ground.
Norwood House Apartments also the washer and dryer are pretty routine to break so if you want not paying attention it can ruin clothes as well.
