Dover Run rental has been awesome so far! The community is quiet, clean & of course new construction with ample parking spots. My minor issues (repairs) have been address immediately. James, our maintenance guy has always been friendly, helpful and always provided outstanding service. The application process was easy from the beginning. Melanie, has been so nice, friendly & professional. She has provided outstanding service way & beyond. She help us make our move transition from NJ to PA much easier. She suggested storage locations, restaurants & landmarks in the area. We truly appreciate everything she had done for us. Mariann, has also provided outstanding service to us. When Ive called with an issue again, she addresses it the same day & also, they both follow up to make sure we are pleased with the outcome. During this summer, Melanie & Mariann planned a community gathering so tenants can meet in the clubhouse and make friends. We thought that was so nice of them to make this happen. It was a fun night! My 2BD/ 2B is a beautiful apt. You cant beat new construction versus an old apt development. We are enjoying our stay here while our new house is being built. Thank you again, Melanie, Mariann & James you guys are a great asset to the development.

1st off Melanie at the leasing office is amazing! She has all the answers to any questions you might have. Secondly these apartments are brand new and gorgeous. They include all new high end appliances. There's plenty of storage which is nice because I didn't realize I had so much stuff when I moved from my house of 20+ years. My dogs are comfortable and learning their new home( we've only been here a week). We take walks on the blacktop walking path every day! We love it here!

It looks very nice but I'm trying to avoid steps if I can. I also have to consider price. I will set up a tour when I narrow down the places

I have been a dover run resident for about 5 months. The apartment itself is awesome and it's everything I need. The property is clean, maintained nicely and conveniently located to York and Hanover. Everything here is brand new. My only complaint is about the tenants above me. They're loud and stomp and thump like crazy. They're like the cloggers from the commercials on tv. But when they're not home its perfect. Overall I'm very happy here at dover run and look forward to the final stages of construction being completed

So much more square footage than the older complexes around Dover, and its all new! Love the beautiful interior. Also, pretty excited for the walking trail and the fitness center to be completed. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Melanie was very helpful, the apartments are very beautiful and fairly priced. There are a lot of great features too. I especially like the USB outlets, closet space and washer and dryer in the unit.
