The traditional condominiums are perfect bedrooms with 2+ baths (some even have a room suitable for a 3rd bedroom or home office!). Some of the units are single story (all living space on either the first or second floor) and some are two-story homes. With first floor master suites in ground level or two story units, you always have single level living if you desire. All units have covered stamped concrete patios and exterior parking, closest to your door. Built in the same style and character as the Townhomes, these units are far from ordinary. Each one is first quality available to the residents of these condos, as with any other homes available here at Yalick Farms. These are turn-key properties, so that means all you do is move-in! It's never been easier.

The apartments were very nice they were roomy and the layout was very good. The kitchen was a little small but it would work out OK. Melinda was very nice And very accommodating. Definitely thinking about renting one of the appointments. I like the fact that you have your own door way and you dont have to walk through any holes as in a three-story building.
What Im hearing about dogs and deers poop all over the grounds, gross me out by even writing aibout it.
The reason why Im trying to move is the exact reason Im hearing about, dogs all over the place with nasty people not picking up after them.
I think most apartments should totally erase the of friendly policy.
Its a beautifully designed community. For the most part pleasant to live there. Pool is outstanding though there is NO lifeguard on duty and ignorant, local people who are not residents feel they can walk in and use the pool. A big problem. Owners / management should gate the community & secure w card access the pool & private clubhouse. Too much turn over in apartments lots of people coming & going . 10% of the residents are the ones who create problems by not following the community & lease rules. Rules & lease guidelines need to be enforced. They need to be selective w who they rent to. When I lived there there were Misercordia students renting there. Not really my idea of a luxury community w college students living there.
