Glen Hollow

Just moved back to Glen Hollow with my family after leaving 20 years ago. We are so happy to be back. With new management everything is very clean and well kept. My apt. Completely upgraded, large and comfortable. It's quiet! No problems with neighbors and our dog is adjusting well. A thumbs up to Liz , our Leasing agent, for all your help in achieving a smooth transition to our new home.

Really wondering if it's worth staying at Glen Hollow anymore. Management is getting worse, a large complex like this needs better service than this! And now maintenance is only doing emergencies, and then routine if there's time. Time? By now, the holiday lights should be up and operating. Awhile ago, the guys put up lights on one side, then nothing. Not even wreaths over the doors. Honestly, why is the office closed for two weeks, while the maintenance people are struggling to keep up? At least offer overtime, so the decor can be displayed. It's two days before Christmas#

Used to be a great place to live, but things have changed a lot since the old management left. Rents have been raised a lot for long time tenants while providing no new amenities. Ive had issues with my rent checks and required policies being misplaced or not added to my account, then being approached as though I am violating my lease. The washer and dryer is always breaking on my floor, neighbors weed and cigarette smoke has seeped into my living area (not the complexs fault, but its another frustration). I miss the old days of really enjoying where I live.

The current management team are very professional. Take proud in their to serve their tenants. Keep their facility clean. I love Glen Hollow. Feel at home at Glen Hollow. I prefer living at Glen Hollow forever.

I left a raving review in April 2019 and back to say how disappointed I am with office staff changes. First let me say how disturbing it is for one to take credit of review when they weren't deserved of it nor earned it. When I gave Glen Hollow that review it was because Mary, Angelique, and Sherry were in office and even though staff changed and we got new girls in they were groomed and trained with same mindset, the community. Unfortunately I cannot say the same with new staff , they are rude, they lack empathy, and are completely incompetent. Although they started upgrading units everything else has downgraded! Staff, grounds, amenities, and high rents. Playgrounds are not to be used during winter months, handicapped poles are taken away and cars are being towed, they shut your water or power off without warning and when they do warn you they don't shut it off, maintenance is terrible, its chaos! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere Glen Hollow is not what it once was!

Nice surroundings flowers trees though some tenants do not respect leave trash cigarette buts all over Reasonable rent at times find electric out after returning from work(3x in 1 week) office staff seems overwhelmed get put on hold every time when calling then wait more than should then get transferred to all office staff!
