Office and maintenance staff very helpful! I love the location!
I have lived at Londonbury at Millennium for just over a month now, and I'm loving this community! Kate B gave me the grande tour and was awesome, she made me feel at ease right from the start. My favorite perk so far: I can enjoy the river from my balcony, it's so lovely. All of my neighbors have been surprisingly quiet which is great, and everyone is so very friendly. I lived at my last apartment complex for 8 years, and I already feel more at home here in one month, it's amazing. Only downside so far is that parking is very much at a premium, so I recommend getting a reserved parking spot. The main strip of bars/restaurants is a quick 10 min walk, and the train station is even closer, so it's been very convenient. My unit is updated, so I have hardwood flooring in my kitchen, living room, and bathroom - and I love it so much, it just feels so modern. Haven't made it to the pool yet, but I'm planning to this weekend! I have already recommended the community to my best friend, so I highly recommend it to anyone else looking for a friendly, quiet, modern apartment complex as well!
Don't live here. No one cares even to ever get anything done. They're nice in their responses but don't lift a finger to do anything EVER
The staff at The Londonbury made my move a very easy transition. It was quick and efficient. The Buildings are clean and updated. Very easy access to the trail and to the center of town. I'm glad I moved here
I think you would not be happy sharing anything I would say about Londonbury at this time. Had I know this would be my expierence I would have gone elseware.
