Staying at the Londonbury Apartments feels like we are always on vacation. We love it here the community is so friendly and its pet friendly. Having a Doggie Park on the grounds is great, the trails are nice for walking. We really enjoy being here. Rose M.

The Londonbury has seen better days. The quality of the leasing office staff and management service has drastically declined. To give you a perspective on the decline it's gone from high end quality Neiman Marcus service to blue light special Walmart service. Your concerns about the community's decline are received with an attitude and total disregard. Current management shows existing residents no loyalty at the time of lease renewal. They will drastically raise your rent while offering your apartment at a lower rate to new or prospective residents. Be very suspicious of their market rent practice and question its methodology and application. Once you're in you're in and it will happen to you too. No offer of explanation at how the actual rent is derived is ever provided. It feels like whimsical unfair price manipulation that you must take or leave.

The complex is advertised as luxury but it is not. There's a stench emanating from the trash chute areas that wafts down some hallways. Burst water heaters and leaky roofs abound. Two of the blgds only have one elevator. Be prepared for there to be a catastrophic failure of the elevator for an indefinite period of time. In one building the elevator was down for several months. The blame is passed to the owner of the property, Invesco, who is not providing Greystar with the financial resources they need to maintain the property. While the buck is passed residents suffer with the repercussions of corporate bureaucracy and greed. This property could be a true gem and once was. Until Invesco and Greystar get their act together and the leasing office is staffed with folks who are equipped to responsibly manage a property of this size and scale, moving to this location is not recommended.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

From day one I had issues with this complex.

Upon signing the lease and viewing the apartment I was assured that the few problems I noted would be fixed, they were not.
One of the issues was the elevator being down. I was promised that it would be up and running by my move in date, it was not. There was also an issue with my balcony door not shutting properly. The seal around the door was horrible letting in cold air, light and snow and rain. After many atempts to have this fixed I finally just stuffed towels in the gapping space to keep out the elements.

Parking is always an issue. If you arrive home late good luck finding somewhere to park either in the complex, the next complex over or on the street. A few nights I had to park in reserved spots.

upon moving out they tried to charge me twice for my last month rent. I have also not received my refund from the half of month I was not there. I also transferred out my utilities back into the apartment complex name and they transferred them back causing g me issues. Two months later the issue still has not been rectified

In a word. Nice but not amazing. I love the location but its a high rent for the actual amenities included. Things look nice on the exterior but the actual quality of fixtures and appliances is mid-rental grade. Overall I do like the place...don't get me wrong.
