I called for nearly a month now in an attempt to take a look and to talk about a lease. I have left several messages and I have not heard back. I have left at least 10 messages. Then I read the reviews a lot werent on here when I first saw the place. Kinda glad nobody called me back after reading them. Sounds like a whole bunch of entitlement going on there with both the employees and tenants. Also, claiming its under new management is one of the oldest tricks in the book.

Lipstick on a pig! Overpriced JUNK, management is unprofessional & rude! The property is not maintained. Furnace has never been serviced in the 2 yrs I've lived here. Trash always along the fence row. They don't enforce any rules. Kids run wild in the common space behind your "patio" so you can't even enjoy any outdoor space because you have no privacy. S! Closets & pantry are not finished, pipes & wood studs are exposed. Rent goes up every year, up to $1325 per month Nothing is included in the rent, NOTHING! NO AMENITIES at all!

Their description of things you could have are false.it said you could have pets and when I asked I was told 'no'! When I questioned the "rep" she became rude.
