Do not move here the one big scam they try to get you to pay all this money and then when you move out they double charge you for thousands of dollars it's one big scam do not move here they will completely harass you months in one year I had four inspections tour the inspections that came when I was sleeping do not move here you will be happy you don't the the apartment I lived in had bread and mold growing in the ceiling it was awful the place is so old it has no updates in the kitchen it's missing so much don't move to this place there are many other better places to live than this place you'll be glad you didn't move here do not go here it's a warning I'm telling you. They charge you $120 a month for water and I guarantee you NEVER use that much. I got a brand new townhouse, same size as their carriage house and my water bill for 1 month was only $36. The hot water heater was always going out. Its ridiculous. They fraudulently charge all kinds of fees when you move out. Files a fraud case against them. The apartments are out dated, bad shape. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE THERE THEY WILL STEAL YOU BLIND

It took 2 months during the Summer to get the AC fixed, It takes so long to get a hold of anyone here. The Management lies about when or how they are going to do things or things they have done. I do not recommend this place at all
