    Have lived here a year and have never received a response let alone acknowledgement of the issues. States newly renovated... the bathroom has a mold issue that was painted over, shower head busted, very bad ant issue in the summer. Itchy carpet states it was newly laid and shampooed .. no it was not. All old light bulbs. Cannot even take a bath bath tub does my fill up even half way. Even if it did get that far hot water doesnt even last even if not used all day. When running water in the bathtub black MOLD comes out of the drain. Completely and utterly worst place I have ever lived. We have never missed a payment and have always paid on time if not early. No one answers in the office.. let alone answers to emails. I understand times are rough and people get busy, I feel as though you should be concerned about your tenants when they are experiencing issues that are to be in your hands. If this is how you run or manage your property I believe you have failed.
