It's a lovely community, well-maintained and convenient.
Since we moved in they have been nothing but great and the 3 maintenance men are awesome. They have been respectful and caring . Rosemary and dominque have been great helping with the new move. The only issue is getting people to clean up after their dogs. But they work hard on getting people to work together and report it. Love choice to move here. Sure it will only get better!!
B AND T RENTERS
Very nice place and staff when I walked in. Pleases are nice but one disappointment was no speeate garages for storage. Not a deal breaker but would have been nice.
The area is safe and people are nice. I just don't like how they charge for a friend to come to the pool or gym. For the price you pay here it should be included and did not know this when I signed the lease. I have a neighbor who smokes right outside his door when there is a rule to be away from the property. Parking annoys me because my spot is taken by the neighbors friends when they have a seperate parking for guests. I feel they should have assigned parking from preventing this from happening. I do like the community, but overall I'm irritated I'm paying a mortgage payment to live here for all these extra fees. To open your door if you lock yourself out is $50 in cash or they charge $65 to your account. They gave a 2 day notice someone was coming inside my apartment to check my fire alarm batteries and only changed my air filter. Then another time they gave a week notice to come in my apartment and they were in my apartment while I slept and woke up to someone telling me to stay in bed and don't move. Just unprofessional with that happening and made me decide to already start looking for a new place and only a few months into the lease. There is no fans in the apartment like it has on this listing on this site. But I wish the bathroom was made with metal and not plastic and the sink has no hose to wash dishes off with if you would like to do them by hand. Thats just a oersonal prefence I wish I noticed when looking at this place. Not looking forward to moving again, but I just want comfort in where i live and this time I won't rush into signing a lease at my next place.
Really appreciate the 6 months lease. This is very hard to find in the Carlisle, PA area. The apartment was move-in ready when we expected, which made the move easy. The office staff was very helpful with some minor problems and the maintenance staff responded immediately to our 2 requests. Thanks for making our experience enjoyable.
