Keystone Arms is a brand new one, two and three bedroom rental community in Carlisle, PA. This rental community combines beautifully detailed townhomes with an impressive array of amenities and conveniences. Keystone Arms is located adjacent to the renowned "Carlisle Army War College," and bordered by a natural wild trout stream known as the Letort Creek. It is a commuter's dream with easy access to Interstate 81 and the PA Turnpike. We strive to make the simpler, less stressful lifestyle a reality for our residents. We will work with you to select the home that best suits your needs, budget and time frame. With one call, we will work out the details. Lease terms:12 months (call for details). Security deposit of one month's rent required. Application fee is $35.
Pet policy: maximum two pets per unit. Non-Refundable pet deposit of $300 required, plus monthly pet rent of $35 for dog 45 lbs and under and cats. Large dogs $60.00 a month pet rent.

It's a lovely community, well-maintained and convenient.
Really appreciate the 6 months lease. This is very hard to find in the Carlisle, PA area. The apartment was move-in ready when we expected, which made the move easy. The office staff was very helpful with some minor problems and the maintenance staff responded immediately to our 2 requests. Thanks for making our experience enjoyable.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
