I have lived on the property for 9 1/2 years. I'm the type of resident that tried to not bother neighbors, not demand from my landlord, and enjoy my home. The experience for the time that i've resided here has been everything that I expected. On the few occassions I've needed management for assistance, it has been prompt and resolving. The location of my apartment has given me the opportunity to want to remain here because of the location.

Ive lived in a dozen or so apartments through my lifetime, and this is by far the worst one I have ever lived in. When I moved in last year, the Marshall Square/triple crown corporation was not incredibly helpful, but overall, they were OK. Since this apartment complex has been bought by Post Road management, the whole experience has become a nightmare . They have a super slick online payment portal which has conveniently jacked up the rent by a substantial amount, without ever signing a new lease to reflect that payment. They only cut the grass one time this summer in the whole place looks like crap. They dont maintain their property, and today I came home to find a letter accusing me and other residents of violating the lease because of having toys outside. There is absolutely no customer service when trying to call or email them to rectify the lease dispute. They dont seem to have anyone on site that is accountable for anything, and cannot provide answers. The units are aging and decrepit, and if you move in here, you will be stuck in a lease, in a crappy apartment in a crappy neighborhood and paying a high premium for it. If you have a choice, NEVER MOVE HERE!!!

We paid a $300.00 non refundable animal deposit for our 2 Shihtzu. We paid 1780.00 security deposit. We lived in the apartment for 5 months but paid for 6 months which was our lease. We used a company that they recommended to clean the carpet. They took another $150.00 from our deposit to deoderize the carpet because they said it had a dog odor. They are liars and cheats!!! Very shady way to do business!! I would NOT RECOMMEND them to [email protected]

I apologize that you feel this way. The pet privilege fee is a non-refundable fee that is paid to allow the dogs to be in the home, and is not a deposit to be applied to any damages that occur from the animal. This is noted on any documentation that is signed prior to move in. If you have further questions, or would like to discuss this matter further, please feel free to contact the leasing office. Maintenance is excellent but it's very old apartment. Winter is OK with little bit noise of heating. In summer it's difficult to us second bedroom because there is no AC. Master bedroom has very very old AC. Living room AC is good. My apartment was well ventilated and enough sunlight.
