Clean, well maintained, good customer service.
I have lived on the property for 9 1/2 years. I'm the type of resident that tried to not bother neighbors, not demand from my landlord, and enjoy my home. The experience for the time that i've resided here has been everything that I expected. On the few occassions I've needed management for assistance, it has been prompt and resolving. The location of my apartment has given me the opportunity to want to remain here because of the location.

I had a maintenance issue where water was leaking from my ceiling, I called, and the guys were there within the hour. They also worked around my sleep schedule (I was working night shift) to return and get the ceiling repaired.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
