What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Brookhaven

It was close to work for me. Dollar tree and lots of Mexican restaurants. Not lots of shopping have to get closer to the suburbs.

I'm 2 blocks away from a park/creek & a bakery. Less than half a mile from grocery, restaurants, gas station, 2 coffee shops, & Lake Nokomis

It's in Minneapolis, near downtown. It's in a residential street. It's near the Arts. There are different restaurants of different cuisines nearby. There's a Target and large grocery store a mile or so away.

Great parks, food areas and restaurants. Can walk to them in group, and very nice walking or biking to areas close by,

A diverse people who live arpund, public transportation station nearby, and also there is a small mall that you could have meals or gathering activities

We're named after a famous park that we're centered around. Several libraries nearby. A few good restaurants but they're farther away
