Good overall experience.
Ive visited a couple friends there the apartments are so nice and neghbors are amazing. Hope i get one soon
I read some reviews while I was looking at this apartment before I moved in here and they were discouraging but Im glad I chose to experience it myself. Im not normally one to write reviews on anything and now Im not saying its absolutely amazing its not nearly as bad as some people have said. Sometimes it is a struggle to get in touch with management but when we had to call maintenance for a sink leak he was here within a few hours. The roads do suck but you can easily go around and avoid the hill which is the worst spot. For the price you honestly cant beat it.
I moved here in a pinch a couple of years ago. The area I lived was actually very safe and quiet. The only issue I had was with a lot of mold in the bathroom. I had to make sure to always have bleach on hand. Also, parking was an issue. If you rent a garage, youre not guaranteed one under your apartment. I never had issues with maintenance taking care of problems. I did receive shut off notices; as management was not paying the bill. Everyone was getting these notices. They did end up paying the bill; each time. Also, the rent goes up a bit every year.
This property seems to have reasonably priced apartments. Also the area has commuter service available. Shops within walking distance. Lots of trees facing Rt. 51.
Less than 6 miles south of downtown Pittsburgh, you'll find the Borough of Brentwood. Pinetree Gardens is conveniently located close to Brentwood Towne Square, Century III Mall and Route 51. Running through the heart of Brentwood is Brownsville Road, where parades are held on the 4th of July and where you can find people strolling and shopping. Brentwood is truly a main street, small community with a big heart.
