The apartments have great appliances such as high end washer and dryer. They're very spacious as well. There is lots of storage space among the numerous closets. And the size of the bedrooms are great.
Right in the middle of the Bethlehem area with the Sans Casino nearby; Weis, Applebees, PJs, Bottom Dollar food right down the road. Nearby to major highways. For the price the place is great with lots of room and a modern kitchen. I don't plan on leaving the Landings anytime soon. Highly recommend.
Overall - a decent place. I feel it is overpriced however. My apartment was over $1000 a month and included no utilities, they give you the option for a 'budget' plan of $81 a month, which splits your utilities (water, sewer, trash, gas) with the others in the building. The materials used in construction were cheap - I had a few 3M hooks on the walls for pictures and a clock, all of which ripped the extremely thin paint off completely, and required a patch. I did also run my carpet shampooer a month or so after moving in and it was disgusting, so I have very little confidence they cleaned thoroughly, something to note.
Sound insulation was good, however the highway noise and immense noise of the HVAC ruins that peacefulness.
They have a pool which is nice, but the hours aren't that convenient and they wanted to charge an extra $50 (supposed to be included in the lease).
Overall, if you want a decent place close to stores and highways, this place isn't bad. For me, I didn't get a lot of value here.
Love living at the Landings, quiet, safe, and well maintained. Rent increases are very high. Wish it was a retirement community. Couldnt fine a better staff , office and maintenance
I am very please with my stay here. The only downside is one year lease. Why not a 1-3 year lease. The fee for the pool is a little steep, it should be cheaper or back to what it was when I first move in
