I LIVED AT SALEM Harbour for 9 yrs. I loved it, it felt like family , I miss it very much, but I had to leave, I had a stroke and couldn't afford the rent , and couldn't climb to the 3rd floor anymore. The only thing bad about Salem Harbour was that the rent went up every year $40. , no exceptions, if my rent didn't go up this year I would of stayed

Some aspects of the unit could use updating (the kitchen, specifically) but overall this place is wonderful. And regarding the fixed income allowance comment, if you're on a fixed income then you shouldn't be living in a "luxury" style apartment complex, unfortunately. Find somewhere more affordable.
