I have lived at primavera square for over 10 years, i love my apartment and I love my neighbors! The management here are very respectful and helpful.
Very nice apartment move in scheduled for December 1st very nice place to live and quiet I drive and stalk it out every night dont hear or see anyone at all!
I was worried when I read the reviews but after visiting the property and speaking with the office manager I am happy I applied. I just need to say that Chelsea answered all the questions I had (even the ones about management) in a very genuine way. She knew a lot about the property and as tenants came in and out she addressed them by name which I thought was great. I spoke to some of the residents who said that she is new, but one of the best because she is very upfront and down to earth. They also said she works hard to make you feel heard and accommodates accordingly. Since most of the comments I saw had to do with management, that was huge for me. The grounds are nice and it looks like they are doing work to make them even nicer. The apartments I saw were clean and the hallways were typical of a common area. Overall I thought pricing was reasonable, staff was nice & residents seem friendly.
Dont move in the outside looks like 2018 whereas the inside look like 1960 the old owners were pretty much accesible the new owners are terrible they dont fix anything they only have one Maintainence man for the whole complex, they hire new office staff every other month you have dog poop everywhere no phone numbers to call when you have an emergency they have no play ground for kids no pool nothing for the kids to do while outside except ride their bicycles in front and sometimes they come across your car you have to watch out so that you dont end up hitting one of them with your car. Most of the the tenants there pay $2 rent because they on government subsidy program so they cant leave you have a pedophile living there too in the same apartment complex that is why i moved. Dont move in it is not a gud place to live they have roaches, rats and racoons on their walls too.
So far so good. I like it here
