    There's no dedicated maintenance,they fix absolutely nothing. The laundry facility is 50 % of machines out of service, vandalism on the property is not a rare incident. Rude property manager and a Only two maintenance persons that never shows up .the pool does not open due to deliquescents jumping the fence and uses it when it's closed,so they live it empty. Parking is a problem, people will use your spot and the tow truck that is in charge here takes two hours to come when if comes from Philadelphia, people leave clothing on the laundry sometimes for three days. Ever step you take your whole floor squeaks...all windows are dafty that they loan the residents space heater..the fitness center is smaller than a bedroom.

    I moved in over a year ago and under the original management, everything was fine. While rent is a bit high, it included the ultities so it offset the high cost of rent. After new management took over, they decided to have the utilities separate from rent and make the tenants pay(while still raising cost of rent). Unless you enjoy getting screwed over high cost of rent and paying for all of your untilies, live somewhere else. It would be cheaper to own a home than rent here.
