After looking at numerous apartments in the area, Berkeley was my final choice. It is very family friendly and quiet. The staff here has been extremely helpful and courteous.

Great place to live,
All personal is excellent
Gorgeous property absolutely stunning. But that beauty comes with a price tag. No amenities included with a very large rent price tag.
Received an email on 2/14/18 stating they will be in touch with me shortly. Have not heard anything since, it's been days since I requested a tour of the property. If this is how they treat potential residents , i wouldn't think of living there.
