    After looking at numerous apartments in the area, Berkeley was my final choice. It is very family friendly and quiet. The staff here has been extremely helpful and courteous.

    Just moved in and have never had staff/management be so incredibly helpful and hands on. They answer all emails within 24 hours and really make the place feel like home. The facilities are beautiful and the staff makes it even more enjoyable Would greatly recommend to anyone!

    I have been living here for the past 7 years and am very happy. Grounds are serene and very well maintained and the management is on top of any issue that arises. They deal with issues right when they come in. Safe and friendly neighborhood.

    Weve been here for a few years already, and just love the community. Everyone is super friendly. Also very well maintained townhomes and grounds. I go on walks with my dog on all the pathways. Oh and my dogs all time favorite is when I bring him to the state of the art dog park. My husband always says we are not moving away from here I guess time will tell lol

    The maintenance stinks. Don't rent here. The windows leaks. The carpets and units are outdated. The walls are thin and management simply is not trustworthy. After several attempts to correct the issues, the property manager did absolutely nothing. I would not recommend renting here.
