It was a beautiful community, but unfortunately my family needs a larger home. Thank you for taking the time to show me Walton Heights.

Walton heights is an absolute rip off!!! Rent goes up every year for no reason, they try to make the apartments look fancy by covering up the actual problems. They charge you $20/month for trash pick up when you can just walk the trash to the dumpster yourself. And no you can't get out of it you have to pay for it no matter what. That's not even the worse part, Our old apartment was leaking water like a waterfall INSIDE and damaged a dresser with sentimental meaning that I've had since I was 3, they did not do anything about it, no emails, letters, compensation, not even and I'm Sorry. Don't believe me, I have the video. Also don't ever go inside if your dog is outside that's the end of the universe. Will also probably have to shovel your own spot out when it snows even though they have a company truck with a plow. Not to mention the $200 non-refundable pet fee for no reason. We literally just got out check in the mail after move out written for $80... Are you serious? Our security deposit was $500. I shampooed the carpets, the house was cleaned, yet they charge $75 to clean the oven? on top of other ridiculous charges! Any questions? just ask me I've got a lot to tell. Bottom line, DON'T Rent from here!!!!

Don't rent here, unless you want to pay a $30 rent increase every year. There's dog poop all throughout the yards, and for the cost of rent, there shouldn't be gaps in your doors to outside, letting bugs in, or old windows that get stuck.

my girlfriend and i went to view two townhouses today and they were both amazing. the lady who showed us around was extremely kind and beyond helpful. we are very much interested in moving here.!

Being a new tenet I am very pleased with the Walton Heights community. From the time I called to schedule a tour and to sign a lease, the process was easy. I cant thank Teah enough for her kind and friendly support in getting settled inand learning the community portal. She is totally the best!
