    Ebonhurst Apartments is comprised of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. Because natural gas service is not provided to the community, heat, air-conditioning, hot water heat, appliances and lighting are all powered by electricity, which is the cost responsibility of the tenant. Each apartment is equipped with a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal and window blinds. Remodeled kitchens include a built-in microwave oven. Comcast and Verizon Fios are available at tenant's expense. All 1-BR units are located on the 1st floor and have private patios. The 2-BR units have private balconies and are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The main entrance to each building is on the 2nd floor. Coin-operated washers and dryers are located on the 1st floor of each building. The 66-unit community is located in Hampton Township at the corner of Mt. Royal Blvd and Ferguson Road, which allows for very easy access to Route 8, the PA Turnpike and McKnight Road. Although no garages or assigned parking spaces are available, parking spaces are conveniently located near the entrances to each building with additional spaces for guests and second vehicles in close proximity. Pets are not permitted.
