After owning our home for most of our lives, we made the decision to downsize and move to an apartment. It was not easy to find living quarters similar to our home. When we visited Westmount Apartment Homes we knew this was it. Pam, the Leasing Manager, made our transition smooth and easy. Maintenance is quick to respond and follow-up any requests. All apartments have attached garages. Rooms are spacious and you have a lot of privacy. Location is ideal and accessible to all highways and malls. We were fortunate to find a location that met all our needs. We love it here.
My family loves living at the Westmount. Our apartment was very clean and nicely refinished before we moved in. The apartment feels "well built," and the maintenance staff is responsive and helpful whenever an issue arises (which has been rare).
The facilities at the Westmount are also great. We use the pool, gym and office areas regularly. The whole community is nice, and everyone is friendly. The location is also excellent - right next to Wegmans!
Lastly, Pam is great. She was helpful to us as we considered moving into the community and as we went through the move-in process.
The application process was well explained and seamless. The office staff was friendly, informative and helpful as we went through the process of downsizing and moved into our new Apartment Home. You will love it at Westmount.
We are absolutely delighted to be living at Westmount! We have lived in a number of apartments at different complexes in the Lehigh Valley, and Westmount is, by far, the quietest and most luxurious we have found.
The office staff is friendly and responsive. The process of getting approved and moving was easy and fun with the help of our leasing manager. The very few adjustments and fixes we needed on move-in were attended to promptly by the courteous and expert maintenance staff, and they have been equally attentive since then
The grounds are beautifully landscaped and manicured. From our many windows, its like we look out onto a park. We feel like were living full-time in a vacation home.
But the best thing of all is the serenity and privacy. We can come and go through our spacious two-car garage, and even though we share walls, we feel very much like we are in our own separate home. The soundproofing is excellent.
We plan to spend many happy years at Westmount!
I chose Westmount as it was the highest standard of quality and finishing. Offering especially the garage made living in the apartment quiet similar to a stand alone house. My wife and I enjoy living here and we love how everything is very close like Target, Costco, Walmart etc... but the most lovely is our walk to the Pub at Wegmans. We definitely recommend the premises. Staff are very courteous and we feel the warmth of family when we visit Pam in the office.
