I lived 2 yrs at summit ridge and I loved my 2 bdrm apt. Mimi and Dianna in the office are great to deal with and they truly make you feel comfortable. Maintenance Hernando is very nice, polite, and works well with the residence. I had to move as i needed a 3 bdrm. And I miss my lovely apt. Sad to leave.
Overall very nice place to live you pay for what you get
Smallish but very nice and open. They help you fix issues RIGHT AWAY. But it's also super expensive for the area as well as not worth the price for what you get. Also, train yard right next door. Screeching at all hours. You get used to it.
This is a great apartment complex. The managers go above and beyond to keep everyone informed with e-mails and flyers in the buildings. They recently had a Christmas party which was very nice and it was a good time to meet neighbors. The apartments themselves are extremely nice and quite spacious. You have ample room for things, and there is even storage you can add for a nominal fee in the basement. The cons are parking. You are allotted one parking spot per unit, even if it is a 2 bedroom.
1. The parking is horrible and at times you can't exit your vehicle without your car door touching the car next to you. 2. Police cars are constantly at one of the units which is embarrassing when you have company. 3. If you have children there isn't any place for them to play unless your brave enough to risk it and walk to the park up the road where it is not safe to the point police cars sit there constantly. 4. The washer and dryer are very low grade machines and break constantly or you can hear your neighbors running. 5. The dishwasher does not clean dishes properly so be prepared to wash them by hand. 6. They have hardwood floors however require you to have carpet which defeats the purpose of moving into a place with hardwood flooring. 7. Every single month a maintenance person has to enter your apartment to change the "filter" (so they say). I literally could go on and on but you get the hint!
This has been the absolute worst place I've ever lived and for the price it wasn't worth it. If I wouldn't have signed a lease I would have ran.
