Almost four years i've been living here and the nice thing about it, it's a very quiet community, lots of space to walk, jog or play outside, however, the apartment is outdated, needs to be updated to match rent which rises 20 dollars each year and there is bugs each summer, also you can hear your neighbors like their inside your apartment which is nuts
It's very quiet like living in the woods because of no threw streets. All the neighbors are very nice and everyone helps each other.
Allendale is quick to respond to any issues you may be having....either great or minor. The DO allow dogs which is extremely important to us, and the grounds are kept very clean!
The garbage by my apartment is always full and people seem to forget to clean after their pets. I have to constantly call for services to be completed because they seem to forget to get stuff handled. For the price you pay for these apartments and for the advertisement for being luxury - you would think the quality of service would be excellent but it's not. The price of the tent keeps going up and the quality of the apartments are not worth what the price is.
All personnel located in the rental office are always very cordial and eager to assist with anything. The ground are always kept well groomed and maintenance personnel are always very helpful, leaving my residence clan anytime they enter for maintenance reasons.
