I have lived at Terrene for over 3 years and could not be happier with everything that is offered. It is like living in a park with all of the green space and BBQ areas available. We are nestled in a beautiful residential neighborhood which takes away the feeling of living in an apartment community.

Honestly think you could find better housing for cheaper. We found a serious ant problem throughout our apartment, every crevice and crack between the molding and carpet they find a way to get through, even in the bathrooms. Weve had neighbors whom have also been having problems with them in the building. The walls leave marks easily. Definitely need an ac unit during the summer because the fans dont do anything. You can see cracks where the doors should sealed which brings A LOT of cold air in during winter months. Parking for the most part is great, during the summer it can be difficult but still manageable. Just disappointing for how much we have to pay rent each month.

We love it here! Management has been nothing short of amazing. I would recommend anyone to live at Terrene. We love how dog friendly, quiet and nice everyone is here. Its a great, SAFE place to live!

It is concerning to me that there are continual notices posted on the door that people are coming in to evaluate the apartment. It will be a key feature in our decision to move when our lease is due. We are mature adults and have always been responsible and good neighbors. It is uncalled for.

I absolutely loved the actual facilities and quality of the apartments and landscaping, but the staff was incredibly unhelpful and confusing whenever I had a question.
