What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Wilsonville

I like that it is safer and well kept compared to my previous place. There are plenty of things to do to stay busy

There is a decent amount of options for restaurants nearby with a few different grocery stores too. Lots of options for a one stop shop.

It's a well manicured neighborhood with nice yards. There are lots of trails to walk on aside from just the sidewalk

It is a Quiet neighborhood. I Love going walking in the parks and eating at the restaurants. You can go walking day or night without the worry of being mugged.

It's an elderly community and they are so friendly! We have a pond with ducks that swim on it as well and it's such a beautiful sight to see.
