I signed a lease about 8 months ago. I moved here from Florida for a great job. Saw this place on line and was thrilled. Came out to view it and the place looked great. New, clean and seemed nice. The management is pushy and condescending. I did sign because I liked the apartment and knew I wouldn't be here a lot to have interaction with the management. I was wrong. Even when I'm not here there are constant harassing emails and notifications on my door regarding policy changes and threats of violations. Guests have to leave by 10 pm. You can't back your car into a space. If your trash and recycling isn't placed in the correct container your "privilege of using the trash area will be revoked ". Yet my neighbors are so incredibly loud and inconsiderate it's crazy. Bottom line, don't say anything against the management or you will be targeted and harassed. Don't sign. This is not worth it!
My wife and I moved here a few months ago due to the location. They are brand new which is a plus. The staff and the ever changing policies which are not in the lease is frustrating at best. The staff is condescending and often rude. A lot of the time their office is not open during office hours. The no smoking is nice but noise is a problem as well as the garbage area. The management needs to spend less time adding new restrictions and focus on enforcing mutual resident consideration. We hope it gets better because the apartment is nice.
