I would be happy to live in this apartment community because I can tell the tenants take pride in their home because the grounds are very well kept. There is a pretty large sized playground, laundry facilities, pet waste pick-up kiosks, and a community room for gatherings. It is also walking distance (within a mile or so) of restaurants, churches, shopping and the hospital.
