What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Springfield

I love the old houses all around me. I'm walking distance to downtown. There are shops and little cafes everywhere.

Friendly and supportive neighbors are awesome. It is near a major mall with all human services. We patronize nearby restaurants on a regular basis to treat ourselves.

I like how in my neighborhood it is very close to everything and is walking distance to many stores and schools

Close to park and school. They have baseball games, tennis, playgrounds I take my grandkids and all neighbor kids for hours there. Neighbors have pretty much been there as long as we have.

There is shopping close by (a grocery outlet on the corner!) Very close to multiple coffee outlets which is where I meet people to socialize
