Incompetent management, they lied to my face.
Love the location! Close to Eugene, but apartments there are SO expensive. Laundry, pool, parking all close to my apartment and I can walk to get groceries or go to the gym.
The grounds are very well maintained! Quiet complex. The unit we saw was very nice. 1 bedrooms are spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and answered all of our questions (even some of the obscure ones). Unfortunately, they do not allow any pets unless they are registered therapy animals. We are highly considering this property as our future home. Price is a little on the higher side, but the complex and amenities make it worth it. A friend also lives in this complex and so far really loves it.
I received an email and they did not call back when I left a message. I did not rent with them. I have lived there before about
40 years ago. Wasn't that hard then to find a rental.
