What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Salem

Neighbors are mostly good. Trees are nice. Can walk to Downtown to the mall. Nice parks not too far away but will always be homeless people there.

Lots of families. Good school district. Close to shopping. Lots of green. Houses around mine are nice

My neighborhood is unique in that we have community it's greenhouses and gardens, chickens, and a community center that we can holiday family events or gatherings to play games, cook, craft, or just about anything.

How the neighbors all look after each other and are there for you. And we're close enough to get to the grocery stores and restaurants.

We started a neighborhood circle in our yard. Most.nice days we have 7-12 people out visiting. Other neighbors will slow down and Honk and wave. I have 3 bowls in yard with fresh water for people walking their dogs.

My neighborhood is in the middle of everything 5 minute drive to just about anywhere. Very quiet considering its the capital of the state
