It looks beautiful in pictures. Prefer a ground level . 1 bedroom as Im a Young Senior with a partial disability, so I have to use a cane. Stairs dont like me!
I lived here for years and primarily loved it. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained. The management team is responsive to your needs and you cannot beat the location on the river. While I was there my rent rose every year until I basically needed to move - I understand free-market so I'm okay with that. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5? No air conditioning. This is a real issue with apartments that have full wall windows looking at the Willamette. They face west and therefore have the full effect of the sun reflecting off the water and into your apartment. This can be challenging when it's a hot summer day. There were days it was over 90 degrees inside my apartment. I think almost all residents purchased individual air conditioners or hung out in the clubhouse. This is a real issue for apartments that claim to be luxury.
I loved living here so much! Beautiful views every dayI could see bald eagles catching fish, mama ducks floating by with their ducklings, all types of birds, gorgeous sunsets, blackberry bushes, beautiful landscaping, and at night a blue heron would be at the riverbank like clockwork just fishing for his dinner. I will miss being able to see all of that from my living room most of all.
Besides that, the apartment managers here really go above and beyond their duties. Jace and Jen have been welcoming since day one and were always there to help when I needed it for anything, even at odd hours. Chrystina is also super kind, takes great pictures, and she even keeps dog treats at her desk for furry visitors that might stop by. You dont find places like this where the managers genuinely care about their building and their tenants like they do. There is not a single thing that is shabby about these apartments. No hidden issues and no surprises. Its beautiful. AND its quiet! I have not ever been able to hear my neighbors. (I really miss that now that Ive moved).
Once I pay off my student loans, I definitely plan on moving back here.
I have been living here at Willamette Landing for 8 years and can not imagine living anywhere else. This place is quiet and peaceful, along with the scenery, wildlife, and beautiful landscape, birds singing, plus your living room is just yards away from the river.
The management team, Jennifer and Jace are amazing and quick to respond to all of our needs. I don't think there has ever been a day we do not see them running around on the property taking care of tenants needs and maintaining the gorgeous property, kudos to them. If your looking for a great quiet place to settle down in, this is the place.
Style and sophistication blend with small town charm to offer a prestigious lifestyle for those who expect unsurpassed customer service.
