GREAT PLACE TO CALL HOME!!! I have lived at Eola Heights for a year now, and no apartment complex has ever been more consistent and caring. I literally will be in tears having to leave this wonderful place. I am a single mom of 5 and I felt safe and taken care of and felt we were part of a loving community of good people. They truly take care of their residents, and keep an eye out for things at all times. It is the best complex to rent from in salem hands down!!! Location is great, rent price is amazing, pool, gym, kid and dog-friendly and very clean! Timely maintentence. Amazing people running the show 👏❤️

The views are spectacular

Before I start my words about Eola heights I would like to give thanks to our Heavenly Father. Anyways I highly recommend Eola heights a better and friendly place to stay.as I was stopping by to check my application screening there was this wonderful and kind women at Eola heights office name Kelsey.she explained to me Professionally everything steps by step on what will come next.she is so sweet and very kindness and I can already tell that the staff here are showing how much love they to have for there resistants.I’m not a tenant here yet but I’m looking forward to becoming as part of there beautiful Eola heights apartments family GOD BLESS and have a great one.💯😇🥰😘

I would like to thank Debbie and Ed for everything, Taking care of everything we needed there, we lived there for 4 years and they took care of all maintenance needed to be done. Only down fall was parking and the assistant manager! We even got are deposits back all the things I heard no one get there deposits back Thank you again

If it wasn't for the incredibly inconsiderate neighbor below me I'd say 5 stars. I've already had to wake management up at about 11:30 tonight. Country Music from my neighbor below thru her open windows is just blasting...she turned it off for a few minutes (presumably after management called her) she's had it blaring for at least the last 45 minutes. She doesn't work. Doesn't have to get up in the morning. So rude & inconsiderate. Yep...she knows what she's doing too. Thanks neighbor 244. Yep I've left a digit off but you know who you are. Some of us have to go to work in the morning.

I’m not a resident in the apartment complex but I live right down the street. I been having trouble with resident from Eola Heights parking and blocking my drive way. I addressed the staff in the office and instead of them acknowledging the issue I’m having they assumed that African American kids was mine and said they were cause if problems. I asked them how? The staff couldn’t tell me. Also one of the staff in the office had picture and videos in her phone of my property with my license plate and my family members underage kids the day of my son and daughter bday party. I explained to her that day was a party so there was several kids there. The manager and leasing agent was very unprofessional. They said inappropriate racial comments regarding the children in the neighborhood. I do not recommend anyone to rent from them. They are rude and unprofessional.
