Why is the pool closed for most of the year? We pay the same rent all year.
Also they never even got any furniture for the main pool all summer.
As of lately, maybe twice a week the water is shut off. Our apartment is a wee shabby; our tub is painted, our cabinets are tilted forward so we are afraid to put dishes in it, and our closet doors as well as room divider are off their railing always. The entire complex is EXTREMELY inaccessible. I am so sorry to anyone who has any sort of knee/leg-related injury. A small ankle sprain could prevent anyone from being able to access their home.
If you have the option of moving here or somewhere else, choose somewhere else! There is a lot I can take with apartment living, but I have had to deal with having the water shut off at least once a week on average. It's 7:30 in the evening, and I can't cook, shower, or use the toilet.
Wimbledon does not take care of there resistance. They have spider, ant and rat I vested apartments. When a resident asks for a take it take weeks to get done and is constantly put off. Not Is ever done and if it is it is not done correctly. I have lived in the wilderness for months in a program and can say I have never lived In a dirtier place.
I like it here. Any time I have a maintenance issue, it's always rectified quickly. The amenities are nice, however the one thing I really use is the printing in the office, and that has changed, so now I have to email documents, and you have to supply your own paper; due to these new changes, I didn't mark my overall review as "excellent." But, it's a nice place to live...the bus lines are really close, and the best library in the city is just a little walk across Steele.
Imagine living near all the excitement of downtown Portland yet never wanting to leave home. Everything is at your doorstep... tennis courts... basketball courts... sauna... tanning bed and so much more. Relax and enjoy your new home.
