The apartment you tour is not what the apartment is going to look like that they put in. when you move out be prepared to be taken to the cleaners even for just wear and tear. Management is not friendly. This place used to be an amazing place to live, but not anymore. Hence why I moved. Don't be fooled by the cheap paint.
The staff here severely lack communication. People have been evicted for no reason. The pool is open 2 months of the year(if we're lucky). The tennis courts (if you can even call it that) have not had nets on them since '07. Laundry rooms closed half the time. Price keeps going up while nothing to absolutely very little has gone into this place. All in all, I'd highly recommend looking at other opyions before you even consider this place.
The location is good. Close to a lot of amenities.The maintenance staff obviously tries hard, and I see those guys working all the time. Condition of apartments is above average. The condition of the exterior grounds continues to deteriorate, though. Management hasn't even opened the pool this summer, so don't the listed pool fool you. It's not available. Laundry rooms are occasionally left locked all day when they should be open. Parking lot condition is worse every season and badly needs resurfacing.Most importantly for me, the office manager often just does not show up for work recently. Packages that are delivered are stored in the office if they won't fit in the mailbox, and I am often waiting several days to find someone in the office during posted hours to be able to retrieve a package. I don't know if the office manager is just lazy or the company is about to fold and can't afford full time office staff, but it's a big red flag either way.We'll be leaving soon.
