I have lived at StoneRidge for nearly 3 years and I'm impressed with the responsive new management. I've had one maintenance request which was fixed the next day. I've had issues with smokers and the first time, my neighbors were asked to move away from the building the next day and yesterday it was addressed immediately. My daughter misses living in a house and I wanted to start a play group so I created a flier and Becca (manager) hung it up on the mailboxes the same day! Roofs have been replaced, moss has been removed, trees have been trimmed, lighting has been improved and new landscaping has been completed. My rent has only increased $25 each lease renewal. Super pet friendly! I definitely see us staying at least another 2 years!

Never recommend this apartment. New management is worst than old one in terms of maintenance works and property mgmt. Electricity bill never comes below 100 for 1bhk. Don't know how they charge sewage - add 150 more to rent if you want to stay here or lot of better properties around. better go for them
