When most of your photos are of the lobby and the view, buyer beware. Something may be very wrong w/the bldg; structural, foundational, leaky, noisy,smelly, etc.

Great facility overall. The building is LEED-certified which means smoking is not allowed, but indoor pot smoking has been rampant since winter. Many floors' hallways have a strong smoke smell at various hours of the day and night, and it seeps through the walls and HVAC vents, especially in the morning when it kicks on. Not a pleasant way to start every day, for months now. It has woken up our family at various times during the night and caused medical issues with our respiratory system. Unfortunately the management is either unwilling or unable to get it under control, despite multiple complaints from multiple residents.

For me, I would prefer more pics of the actual unit interiors than so much of the public spaces. Public space pales by comparison to the importance of living space that I'm trying to find.
