Lovely building with outstanding amenities but ridiculously overpriced. The property manager also misled us on the price of the unit by stating there was a special deal -- not revealing that the price would go up $100 after a year until we met with her.

I didn't put in enough filters - Buckman Terrace does not have laundry facilities in the apartments, I do not want a shared laundry.
