    Place is falling apart do to cheep related and lack of knowledge. Rent is to high compared to other places with more amenities. You pay for water and garbage extra. Our nice grass is turning to weeds and brown spots do to a dog. I suggested a simple solution to this problem but wasn't taken seriously. Washing machine is rusty and old and can't seem to make them understand the importance of needing a repair soon as I am disabled and can't drive to laundry mate in town. All this for $1200 plays water and garbage. Oh Windows leek and front door has big gap so cold comes in. They say there is nothing they can do. Inspect everything before you move in.

    Rent is more than its worth and the noise levels from some neighbors is absolutely ridiculous, and nothing but a notice of complaint is done about it. Literally parties and karaoke into the night and the next day on weekends, and often until 11-midnight on weekdays. Calling the cops is the only way of abating it temporarily. Bring your earplugs.
