The rooftop deck is a free for all party zone and the management office does nothing about when notified. They don't enforce their own policies or watch footage of raging parties that ruin the experience for residents that take care of the space. When you tell the office they say sorry we didn't know and they don't look. Great overall location, and beautiful apartments. Management is kind a professional. Occasionally there are water issues because the building is old, that's about it!
Requested repairs are often ignored, or given a band-aid treatment. Maintenance people will first tell me I am doing something that is causing the problem I am complaining about. After a second or third request MAYBE the proper repair will get done. Maybe. Still waiting on bathroom venting/fans and kitchen A/C to be fixed, last asked at the end of June.
The attention from the office is very good!
The rent goes up by about $100 every year and it funds mostly cosmetic improvements to the building. For example new flooring and a new TV was put into the fitness center, but not any new equipment. Lots of replacing of carpet with tiles throughout common areas which makes it look nicer but doesn't really improve my living experience for the rent increase. The staff is incredibly responsive and friendly and any maintenance is dealt with ASAP which is much appreciated.
