What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Oak Grove

The fire dept. is close by. there are many restaurants and grocery stores are close. Like going to fast food places with friends.

I like a nearby bar very much. There are many people in the same class as me. I can easily find common language with them and make many new friends.

Parks and stores nearby. Children and friends close. Trees and it's very open. I love walking to Fred Meyers with my friends.

The nearby (within short driving distance) river parks, strip malls, small restaurants, and shopping malls. I like that the rents in the area are less than in other areas but the buildings are old and in need of updating.

It is quiet. It is a elder person neighborhood. People love to walk by our house each day. The grocery store is closed enough
