    3 stars, because the place is beautiful, but ever since the pandemic this place is fully overrun by bullies, disrespectful kids everywhere as soon as the office closes!!! Unless you're a part of the church community, make good money (or at least appear to), or are on a housing grant be prepared to be discriminated against and gossipped about! And, yes, the manager gossips about personal matters amongst tenants and turns a blind eye if you're being harassed and they don't like you...even if you've been a good tenant! People are so entitled they'll even spy on you through your windows! They keep saying they'll put up a camera system, but...it's been years. It's too hard to move anymore, and I really used to love it here, but...thems are the facts. Don't take my word for it though, ask around town and you'll find some regulars who were former tenants and they'll have their own stories as well. If you move in, be prepared to need to purchase your own camera system! Also, a tip for dog lovers...they say none allowed...get a note from your Dr!

    The manager is completely rude and everything in my apartment was fallibg apart. The neighbors above me were a nightmare and cops always coming through. Plus they make you basically scower the apartment to get your deposit back, yet when we moved in, the place wasn't even half as clean as we left it.

    The apartments are in a quiet wooded Rural area. The local Transit system has a stop right there. The apartments are well kept and Clean. Highway 101 is within walking distance. The rent is extremely reasonable
