Too expensive for what you get. Tight parking space.

This apartment complex and management could not have been more of a joke. The apartments themselves were spacious, not very updated, but nice! The management, upkeep, trash removal, etc were AWFUL. Trash was constantly left and never picked up when asked to place it outside for pickup- I guess if they felt like not picking it up? Quiet hour that starts at 10, was literally never enforced. Management would rarely ever actually do anything about any issues that would arise, and constantly put the blame on the lease holder. When we were ready to leave, we had the entire apartment cleared out of any items and or trash, there were zero issues with the walls, carpets, countertops, etc. No holes, no marks, no chips, NOTHING. They kept our entire security deposit AND charged us EXTRA, because they wanted to update their own countertops throughout the apartment. Absolutely ridiculous.
