What Renters Like and Dislike About Grants Pass

good neighbors and quiet. Shopping and resturant are within a mile, so easy to get to.. My family and friends goin downtown for lunch and do some local shopping and we like to get a coffee too.

I really like the people who live around us. Many are seniors but more families are moving in also. We live near a sports park where a lot of events are held so that is convenient. There are lots of walking paths and a footbridge over the river.

It has a lot of trees. Down town is only 2 blocks away. Several restaurant s and fast foods. City bus picks up right across street A river i a mile from here

The ability to walk my dog in a relatively nice area. Two parks and a school nearby. Small stores within walking distance
