It is a friendly and warm environment feeling like a home that is not easily matched anywhere else in condo and apartment living.
Move in experience was very good. Responsive staff answered all my questions and met my needs. I have only been in the apartment several days, but I am happy with all aspects of the Tennyson.
I've written a google review: Great place to live! The location is good since it's a short drive to get onto i5 and I commute for work. The surrounding businesses are great for food, coffee, and shopping. Apartments are great and we always get compliments when people come over. The staff is friendly and we've met a lot of great people!
I moved to the Tennyson thinking I would splurge and spend more on rent to live in a more plush environment. The beautiful floor plan, gym, pool, and amenities sold me. Upon moving in we had an issue the first day. My closet rod collapsed with all my clothes. Water spilled out of the shower doors onto the floor. The heater in the kitchen began smoking. The worse part of it all is how much you can hear your neighbors. If you're on the bottom floor, prepare for loud walking, toilet flushes, laundry washing, and whatever else will keep you up at night. It's pet friendly which is nice for a lot of people but there is also a lot of barking. The kids in the neighborhood are very loud in the evening, which is not conducive if you need to get to bed early. The location and exterior is the best part about the Tennyson
My family loves living at the Tennyson. It's a clean and quite place, that's close to everything.
