I have lived here 2 1/2 years, and it is a beautiful location close to many amenities. However the management does not take care of the common places, it is very dirty, hallways, garbage rooms, and lawns. For premium price Apartments there should be regular maintenance, if you want to live in a dump you could pay $600 a month less for similar amenities.
Very nice place to live. New and modern inside. Office staff flexible and respond to emails very timely. Location was convenient to bus line and shopping mall was within walking distance. Oh it was right on the river. I absolutely loved walking my dog along the riverwalk everyday during the dry season. I don't have a bad thing to say about this apartment community.
Excellent value. Quiet. Outstanding location - close to river walks, next to public transportation. Modern appliances. Laminated wood floors. Double pane windows which save a great amount of heating costs. Outstanding, professional, and responsive staff. No smoking which is wonderful. A truly great place to call home.
