What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Cedar Mill

We have a great view. We have a quiet neighborhood. And we have great neighbors. Requiring me to provide a long winded answer is rediculous, I prefer quality over quantity. If you read this answer, I hope you enjoy the irony.

I like that kids can play outside safely. And I like being able to walk to most types of businesses since I can't drive in the dark. I like having parks and schools within walking distance

I like a restaurant in the neighborhood because there's a lot of good food and drinks and I go there a lot.

There are nice walking trails and a forest. I don't really go anywhere but walk around. There's no unique restaurant here.

There is a great trail right by my apartment and there is lots of walking to do nearby and there are cool restaurants nearby. Not bad at all

I like the neighbors they are friendly and most of the home owners here raise their family here. I like the local elementary school is is pretty decently funded and relatively new. Most of us travel to our local fast food restaurants and grocery stores which are about a 10 minute drive from the neighborhood.
