I would not live at this property because the grounds are very dirty and the balconies and patios are extremely cluttered so much at one in specific that the stuff is overflowing into the grass area by the pool. Also the amenities are not kept up to Parr and from what I've seen just walking through it's a loud complex. The only good thing is it's close to food and a really neat park for kids.
